Christmas Mini Albums and Door Hangers

Here are some projects I have been busy putting together for a craft sale that I have this wekend. I have used the "Ms. Holiday Cheer" stamp set as well as the "Jingle" level 2 paper packet for my door holiday door hangers

For my 3x3 Holiday Mini Albums I again used the "Jingle" level 2 paper packet , and used ....for some reason I am drawing a blank as to what stamp set I used. On all of the projects shown I have also used liquid applique on anywhere there should be snow or fluff.

Quickie Classes Update

Ok I know it's been a while, I have been crazy busy and just haven't had a chance to update anything in a while. So here it is, the schedule for June, June 3 - 2 layouts in 2 hours
June 10 - Card organizer
June 17 - Coaster wall art
June 24 - Toilet Paper Roll Album
All of these classes are going to be held in my home in Red Deer from 6-8pm.
I will be posting pics as soon as I get the chance, I need to get my brothers wedding gift finished first though. Hopefully by the end of today but I'm not promising, I keep thinking of other things to add to the pages.

Quickie Classes

As of last week Wednesday I have started something ccalled Quickie Classes. I will be holding a class every Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm at my home. Each week weill be doing something different. Last week we did a quick cards workshop. Tommorrow we will be making 2 layouts in 2 hours.

If you're from the Red Deer area and would like to participate please send me a message, and I will let you know all of the deatils. The cost to attend these workshops is $10 each.

Animal Cookies, and It's A Zoo card organizer

This is a small card organizer that I made using animal cookies bulk paper, it's a zoo stamp set, and noteworthy stamp set. I used my bind-it-all to bind it. I am going to be offering this as a workshop, so if you are interested feel free to leave a message or send me an email.

I got the new Tickled Pink set the other day and didn't want to use up all of the pretty paper so I made my own. All of these cards are using the random stamping I did using the "I Am" stamp set.

Summer Idea Book Debut Party Drop In

On Saturday May 2nd (National Scrapbooking Day) I am hosting a Summer Idea Book Debut Party to celebrate the release of the new Idea book. We will be at the Collicut Center in Red Deer from 10am - 4pm doing several different projects taught by 3 different consultants.

In Honour of National Scrapbooking Day I have decided to make a Drop in available for those who can't make it for the whole day. For $6 you will get your new Idea Book as well a as a simple project to make on the spot.

If you would like to come by or would like more info just leave me a message and I will answer what I can. You don't have to RSVP for the drop in but it is only available until the supplies are gone, so if you want to get in on this let me know so I can make sure to save you supplies.

Baby's First Year Scrapbook

This is a scrapbook that I put togethor for a baby shower gift for a cousin of mine. She had me make it for a friend of hers. It is a 15 page scrapbook with pages like "I'm Here" as the title page as well as months 1st -12th, at the end is a double page layout for babies first B-day party. I am charging $40 for customized books like these. They come with page protectors as well as a protectice cover, so the book pages don't get damaged before you find that special album to put them in. Not all of the pictures have been added yet because I just haven't had time to go get them printed. I am going to have alot of pics when I finally get them done. At least I have aton of layouts done so I can just add them later.

This is one of the first layouts I did when I joined Close To My Heart almost a year ago. This is my Nanny in the hospital after she had been diagnosed with lung cancer. She is with my son Taylor, and neice Jordan, as well has her 2 dogs Buddy and Giffer who passed away shortly after she did.

My First Day

This is the first time I have ever tried blogging. I plan on trying to keep this as updated as possible and post at least once a week, I am going to post as much artwotk as possible and even some challenges. I hope everyone keeps coming back to check things out, it can only get better from here.
